Sometimes things go wrong and mistakes are made. We want you to be 100% happy and tell all of your friends to shop at Sloane Square so if you believe the item you have received is faulty, please email elizabeth@sloanesquare.com.au within 14 days of receiving your item and we will arrange for you to return the item for assessment. You will be responsible for the payment of shipping for the item to be assessed. If it is deemed defective or damaged, the cost of shipping will also be refunded. Please note, the item must be unused/unworn, be in the original packaging and have original tags attached.

If you change your mind or the sizing is not right, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving the item and where possible we will be happy to exchange the product. Please note in this case the postage will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please do choose carefully as unfortunately exchanges cannot be offered on sale items.

In any case where an item is returned by a customer, please consider tracking your shipment as Sloane Square cannot be held responsible for items being returned that do not arrive.
